Policy record / Updated July 28, 2026

Privacy Policy

Boston SEO collects only the information needed to respond to discovery-call requests, operate the website and understand basic site performance.

Information You Provide

The discovery form may collect your name, company, work email, optional phone number, website, selected service and project context. Do not submit passwords, confidential customer records, regulated personal information or private analytics exports through the public form.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to review the request, prepare for a conversation, respond by email and determine whether Boston SEO can help. It is not sold. If a project begins, additional data handling and access requirements should be covered by the written agreement.

Form Delivery and Service Providers

The site is prepared to use Web3Forms for secure form delivery once an access key is configured. Form data may therefore be processed by that provider to deliver the message. Until delivery is configured, visitors are directed to email Boston SEO directly.

Analytics and Technical Data

Hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, browser details, timestamps and requested URLs for security, delivery and operational logs. No advertising tracker or behavioral profiling system is intentionally included in the initial build. If analytics are added, this policy should be updated to identify the provider and controls.

Retention and Security

Discovery information should be retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records or meet legal obligations. No internet transmission is perfectly secure, which is why the public form should never be used for credentials or sensitive customer data.

Your Choices

You may ask what discovery information Boston SEO holds about you or request correction or deletion, subject to legal and operational record requirements. Contactgrow@bostonseo.co. This policy may be updated when providers, analytics or business practices change.
